Christmas from Dad and Mom...
My parents arrived tonight from Homer and we promptly sat down and ordered my Christmas gift. How about that for getting what you want... yea! thats awesome. i just got a $100 gift certificate from my in-laws for far north yarn co. they live in new mexico and they called to yarn store! it was a very nice surprise. i think i'm going to have them order me a better ball winder, and now that i'm making my own hanks, i might have to invest in a swift as well! oh, i finished painting the wheel (one side) and spun a little tonight. i think i'm going to go to far north fiber tomorrow and pick up a niddy noddy and hand cards. i also unwound a bobbin (173 yds!). my consistency is getting better....
